1. Aularale Recommends using Re-Growth Shampoo at least 3x per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. 2. Remove excess water from hair. Massage a small amount evenly throughout hair and leave in for a few minutes. Rinse well for 30 seconds to prevent excess build up. 3. Once Hair is dry, apply Growth Oil to Scalp concentrating most on areas of need. 4. Use the Re-growth Moisturizing Mist and Balm and Style as usual. Precautions: Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
